"Super quick and easy delivery!"
My order showed up earlier than I expected, which was a nice surprise :) The tracking worked like it should, and everything arrived in good shape. No delivery issues at all — happy with how smooth it was!

"Great service, and it was quick too"
I’ve noticed that good customer service usually comes down to how fast they respond and how little back-and-forth it takes, and this was exactly that. They helped me quickly, didn’t make it complicated, and got everything sorted without any hassle.

"Return was more of a hassle than I expected"
I had to return something it took longer than I thought it would. Maybe I was just a little impatient because I needed to get it sorted before I got busy with other stuff, but the exchange emails felt slow. It did get handled in the end, so that was good, but the whole process wasn’t exactly smooth.

"My latest order was a sizing miss"
I just ordered my usual size, so I expected it to fit normally, but it was kind of all over the place. The waist felt too tight, while other areas were weirdly loose. Since this was my most recent experience, it definitely left me a little hesitant to order again soon. The pieces are cute, but the sizing feels confusing, and I ended up returning it.

"The dress is definitely cute and..."
The dress is definitely cute and looked nice on, but I was a bit let down by the fabric. It felt thinner than I expected, especially for the price. It’s not a bad dress at all, I just wish it felt a little more high-quality
